Gillian and John have been growing shiitake mushrooms and other culinary mushrooms on the Trimber Family’s land in Erin, NY since 2018. In addition to farming, our careers are both focused on ecology, conservation, and public outreach. We’re passionate about local food and long-sighted stewardship of our land and environment. All of our mushrooms are produced without fertilizers, pesticides, or chemical inputs of any kind, and we’re committed to keeping it that way as we grow. Most of all, we’re absolutely crazy about fungi, and hope you’ll love our mushrooms as much as we do!
